This guide will help students understand the power and value of leadership skills in the classroom and in today’s global workplace.

The guide defines leadership, the value of leadership skills and different styles of leadership and illustrates how leadership can be used to motivate and help resolve conflict.
Learning the value of leadership skills and providing students with the opportunity to practice those skills through their classroom projects will help build college and career ready students.
