When we partner with a nonprofit, we work with them to develop materials tailored to their specific audiences and programs. Additionally, we offer a number of generalized resources for nonprofits to help nonprofits understand project management, use it to become more effective, and incorporate project management content into their youth programs.
This 90-minute workshop shows organizations how to implement and manage projects on a daily basis and includes an instructor Power Point® with notes and a participant workbook.
