Promoting change in the world through the use of project management knowledge is no small task; it takes an enormous amount of resources to make it happen. Through the generous charitable support of corporations, foundations, and donors like you, PMIEF has made a profound impact on individuals and communities around the world by championing project management for social good®.

This year alone, PMIEF introduced over 200,000 youth around the world to project management knowledge- increasing their creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills. In addition to contributing to the way youth learn and grow, here are some other ways PMIEF leveraged project management for social good® in 2018, thanks to your generosity*:

  • Providing grants totaling US $1,397,660  to nonprofit organizations to help their staff and youth learn project management to more effectively carry out their missions
  • Availing 35 no-cost tools and educational resources in a multitude of languages to youth and nonprofit organizations
  • Delivering trainings valued at almost US$200,000 by PMI Registered Education Providers to nonprofit/NGO staff, teachers, and emerging project management practitioners worldwide
  • Conferring student and professional development scholarships and awards valued at US $719,500 to 575* individuals across the globe

“It is up to all of us, as project management practitioners and professionals, to shape the future of project management and to give back to the profession that has given so much to each of us."

Paul R. Williams, PMP, Director, Enterprise Project Management Office at SECURA Insurance and PMIEF donor

The only way this incredible work can continue is with your partnership and support. If you haven’t made a donation to PMIEF in 2018, it’s not too late to consider a year-end gift of any amount that is meaningful to you.

All at PMIEF look forward to sharing a happy and bright new year with you filled with an abundance of project management for social good®!
